Can I transfer to U of M Carlson with a 3.025 GPA?

I am currently a Sophomore at DePaul University and tuition is crazy. I am a Management major and would love to go to the U in the cities next fall. I love Minneapolis, but is it possible to transfer with this gpa (I got a D in Accounting 101 :/ ) even though I have great work experience working with the Minnesota Conservation Corps (Americorp program) and my current job at DePaul, Service Learning Coordinator (where in addition to my job I do alot of outside volunteer work). I'm also a resident of MN.
