WE heard that "Government of Deceit", by Partick D. McConnell, is required reading in the White House. Please?

Never heard of the book, have no idea who McConnell is (If he is related in anyway to Mitch McConnell he is a phony) and I have no idea why I would owe anymore than the tax I pay: which is more than a lot of the most wealthy pay and I make less than $44K a year.
