Is it weird that I'm jealous of an acress b/c she has my hair?

Personally, I don`t think it is weird that you are jealous. I would be too because someone who looks like you made it in the "fame world" and you didn't. But either way if you want to be famous, go for it. Don't let this female hold you back. Jealousy is a horrible thing, and I think it is the most powerful feeling. Good luck with all of this.
