Fox Analyst Tucker Carlson said that Michael Vick should've been executed.....?

Would anyone agree with me that when Carlson said this, we wasn't making himself any better than Michael Vick by wishIng him dead. Does anyone else agree??? It's just a thought, but it's been bothering me........
