Dating a Beautiful girl from the middle east?

There's this absolute gorgeous girl that I have been working with and have had a major crush on and am majorly attracted to for a while now. I never had the courage to talk to her and then one day I introduced my self. Turns out that not only is she hot but super down to earth. Everybody at work loves her coz she is soo caring. Are all Middle eastern girls like this? She has long black hair, big dark eyes and a full on hourglass figure. She isn't all looks though she has brains as well I always catch her reading and we have similar interests and she is really dedicated to her studies (were in our early 20's) I don't know if I should go for it she is Muslim but says that her family isn't religious and she wears dresses and skirts all the time to work. I am catholic and Italian but not religious. I dont know if I should go for it?
