Odd feeling in arm and chest?

I am having an odd, weak feeling in both my arms but it is more prominent in my right arm. I have had these feelings before and went to the hospital and they told me that I had a pinched nerve but the problem persisted and I went to a neurologist to make sure there was nothing wrong with my brain. My MRI was perfectly normal and I went several months without the feelings. But today they started again along with a pain in my chest. The pain in my chest is not, by any means, unbearable but it all just seems a little odd. Last night I had a huge meal at a friends super bowl party and for the first time in my 20 years of living I had indigestion. Are all these things connected? I am having no other pain anywhere else in my body, in fact other than this I feel perfectly fine. What is going on? Should I be alarmed?
