How to present a poem to a girl on valentines day?

Ok so I've decided that for valentines day I'm going to give this girl a poem that I've written about her. The thing is that I have no idea how to present it to her, so any suggestions would be helpful. I'm 14 and in high school so logical ideas only please. I'm a shy person so no ideas that are super embarrassing. I was thinking about tying it to her backpack in a place that she would definitely see it. Possibly wrapping it around a real rose and a chocolate one as she loves chocolate and giving it to her in person even though I'm shy, would either of these ideas be good? As a side note, the lockers at my school have extremely small slits so I can't really slide it in that way and she is always with friends(i know her friends though as they are mine too) and was wondering if this would be embarrassing to her.
