Is Reggie Bush best days his days at USC?

I think thats why him forfeiting that Heisman hurt him. I think it is alot different if it had happened to Charles Woodson. Like Bush Woodson has a Super Bowl. However he is a top 3 player at his position and he has won an individual award (defensive player of the year).
