I bought prenatal vitamins but theres two bottles?
Im not pregnant. I was told by my doctor to take prenatal vitamins. I went because of a exhaustion issue. Shes testing my thyroid b-12 etc and she wants me to take these. Well i bought one a day prenatal vitamins and when i opened the box there is two bottles. One says prenatal multi vitamin tablets and the other says prenatal dha/epa liquid gels. So am i supposed to take both or? It appears the dha/epa would be just for the baby which i dont have....so hopefully you guys know lol.

Personally, I don`t think it is weird that you are jealous. I would be too because someone who looks like you made it in the "fame world" and you didn't. I suspect that the Texans will sign free agent CBs Bailey and Asomugha, team that elite secondary with a heathly LB corps including Cushing and Ryans, along with stud DE Mario Williams, the Texans defense will finally be able to assist an already stellar offense. My friend got a dermal below her belly button. The whole time the piercer was doing it she was screaming. He had to dig and carve out meat and skin to push the ring through. It ended up falling out about a week or so later. Needless to say, I doubt she'll get it redone.

HAIR EMERGENCY!! Help!?
My hair is boy short its naturally really curly, I use to wear it curly and sometimes I'd straighten it w Babyliss flat iron.. I straightened it 2 times in 1week and a half and no nothing ive tried has brought my curls back... Deep conditioning, hot oil treatments, Im not straightening my hair anymore,,, but because it's short it looks beyond horrid!!! It won't curl so it's this ugly stick straight I can't style it!! :( I've gone to the hair salon, the guy gave me a deep conditioning treatment and attempted to style without any heat (irons or blow dryers) and failed miserably even he was clueless. I just wanna shave my head!!! I look so ugly! Maybe cut it super short? But than I'd have to wait forever for my hair to grow! Idk what to do it just won't curl and I cant put it up be cause it's short... I wanna cry. I don't wanna damage it but it looks good straight, but it just will get worse if I keep straightening it.

So i met her at a basketball game and I got her number and we did not text for 2 weeks then I did like 3 weeks ago then I asked her out on Feb. 1st and she said yes, but she lives out of town about 1 hours so i want down and watched the super bowl and everything. How can I get my mom to let me stay home?
I had a bad day, and didnt sleep till 3:00 am, and my mom is super strict. Is there any way to talk her out of making me go, the "your the best mom, and "I love you the most" have already been used ( and I had to force myself to throw up one day). Anyone know how to make her let me stay home? I only got 1:40 minutes left, so answer quick, and make it a good answer, not some "you seem well enough to go if your on the computer", or any of those. Please give me a good answer!

Does anyone give their children with ADD/ADHD a diet high in DHA Omega-3?
I have a wonderful little boy... who is fidgety, hyper, has a hard time focusing on anything, and throws the biggest fit I have ever seen when he doesn't get what he wants. I think he may have ADD or ADHD, however, I will not take him to the doctor for that and get him put on medication. Either way, I have heard that an increase in DHA in a childs diet can help a child focus better and behave a little better. I also heard that it can take a month or so for it to take affect. Do any of you see a difference in your child's focus since you started that in his/her diet?

I have been dating this girl for 23 months. Were both 22, so it was just a standard serious relationship, but we don't live together or anything. These last few months have been tough, and last night everything got crazy when I found out she was cheating on me with one of my best friends. That is on top of the numerous lies I have had to deal with from her. Long story short, I went on her FB account before I found out, and she was on there talking to her friend, so I could see the entire conversation. That's how I found out she was cheating, I than called her three times, which she did not reply. I knew she had her phone on her because I was still watching her chat. So I texted her that "I was going to flip her life upside down because shes a cheating ****" So than I went back to my PC and copy n pasted her chat into her status a ton of times, so everybody knew what she was about. I than send a FB message to her sister, and explained that I had been dating her sister for 2 years, and that she has an alternate life that her family doesn't know about because she lies to them everyday. (I have NEVER met this girls family in 2 years, and shes met every member of mine, she often lied to her family about us even dating). After that I logged onto her email, and sent an email to her mother about everything that has happened, just because I know for a fact she knows nothing, and what she thinks she knows, isn't real. (my GF gave me both her email and facebook passwords, its not like I was sneaky) Than I sent one last text calling her a "tramp" and I went out for the night. I have not contacted her again, but I have been continuously getting calls from unknown numbers, and random texts from people saying I hacked her email and to fight them. Now my other best friend talked to her last night, and she apparently told him she was going to fire for a restraining order... I doubt she will, but if she does, I was wondering how that would stand in court? I have the 2 texts I sent her, I have the texts and calls from the unknowns. I have the list of how many times she has called me / i have called her / how long we spoke multiple times, everyday for the last week +. So would a judge actually put a restraining order on me? Everything happened in a span of about 35min. I was super heated, but I did nothing to danger her in anyway. I was going to apologize for the way I acted, but than after I thought about what she did to me, I decided its best just to never speak to her again because shes not worth my time. Thought? Sorry for the horrible paragraph, I still got some adrenalin rushing through me from the whole event.

Why did i not burn my hand over a lighter flame?
a few weeks ago my friend asked me to play a game seeing who could hold their hand directly over the flame of a cigerette lighter for the longest (about 1.5cm above the flame). she was shocked to see that i could keep mine there endlessly (it was barely even warm) because it burnt everyone else in a quick second. I didnt think much of it and just thought i was tough haha.. i tried to do it again now and it buuuurns very quickly.. what do you rekon happened that i didnt feel it the first time?? The second option would be the best because it has the Intel Core processor, while the first one has an AMD. Also, the second one has an HD graphics card with 1GB dedicated, which is a good graphics card. Other than that, I don't see much of a difference. Plus, #2 is cheaper and you're getting more :D

if my dog was not allergic to chicken i would feed it ... chicken meal is actually a good ingredient ... meal is just the meat with the moisture removed so it is a more condensed protein which is good ... chicken by-product is sketchy and should be avoided ... but considering the first two ingredients are meat protein and brown rice is good for them too makes me think it is a good food ... i like the sweet potatoes, carrots, blueberries, etc., those are all good for the dog ... i don't like tomatoes, yeast or natural chicken flavour ... i do like the flaxseed and salmon oil ... i think it is an acceptable kibble :O)

My psp 3000/3001 clips please help?
I'm not an expert, but I would say you're SOL on this one because it needs the clip properly connected to the board in order to be able to properly function, and I seriously don't think super glue or any other adhesive would work. You may have to see if there's a PSP repair shop or contact Sony to see what can be done or you can just buy a new PSP. If there's a better solution, maybe someone with more knowledge about it can help.

Ok so I've decided that for valentines day I'm going to give this girl a poem that I've written about her. The thing is that I have no idea how to present it to her, so any suggestions would be helpful. I'm 14 and in high school so logical ideas only please. My new V Pure capsules smell fishy. Are they unsafe?
I waited 2 months for my new order of V Pure Vegan DHA & EPA product to arrive. The company kept saying delay after delay! I am 18 weeks pregnant with my second child. With my first child I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was around 18 or 19 weeks. I had lost around 15 to 20 lbs before I found out with him. This pregnancy I am losing weight all over again. I think (not 100% sure because they didn't write my weight down the first visit) that I have lost around 10- 15 lbs already again. I am eating, and even when I don't feel hungry I force myself to eat anyways. The first several weeks I had bad problems with nausea that kept me from eating a lot, but that has passed. Has anyone had this problem? (I'm preparing myself for my doctor to yell at me) If you have, what did your doctor tell you to do? Noah came out fine and that was with me not taking prenatals for the first 18 weeks. I take Prenate Plus prenatal vitamins and also another prenatal that contains DHA, so I'm not hurting for a lot of the vitamins. Anyone with ideas to help me gain the weight? Thanks for your help!

They were rehabilitated and re-sensitized by media exposure to public shame and humiliation, being forced to listen to tapes of babies' screams from their own O.R.'s, so the medical profession's acts of torture far worse than Michael Vick could ever imagine, did not speak to their lack of capacity for empathy. While the medical profession was rehabilitated via civil lawsuits and re-sensitizing programming penetrating their denial mechanism that protected them from the guilt and horror of realizing what they did, it is the American penal system that achieves the same goals with Vick, and the rest of the criminals. Experts in penology have figured this out long ago, but they have learned to keep their ideas to themselves as the people of the land grow more and more distant.

EPA & DHA in fish oil pills?
My doctor told me to take an omega fatty acid supplement daily. She said on the label to make sure the EPA + DHA = 2000 mg. Well, I've looked and looked at various brands' labels and none even come close to that. Could she have been wrong? I've seen bottles of 2000 mg fish oil, but the EPA+DHA only adds up to way under 2000 mg. What do you think?

Sleeping disorder....HELP..!?!?!?
Okay so I haven't slept in about 10 days, I mean I sleep but I only get REM sleep meaning I sleep but not fully asleep and I dream the WHOLE NIGHT and wake up in the morning fine. But not refreshed. I usually sleep amazing during the night but these past days I just couldn't sleep and I have no idea of why. I am not even sure if i am stressed or not there is just so much going through my mind and I dream through the whole night about random things. i can even remember my dreams. During the day when i am up I feel like taking a super nap but I fight it and I think it is the cause of my sleep deprivation. I took a nap the other day for about 2-3 hours and I woke up feeling refreshed and amazed, I can possibly have temporary sleep amnesia but can you please give me some tips and tricks on how to cure this so I can go back to sleeping throughout the night and waking up refreshed!!! Odd feeling in arm and chest?
I am having an odd, weak feeling in both my arms but it is more prominent in my right arm. I have had these feelings before and went to the hospital and they told me that I had a pinched nerve but the problem persisted and I went to a neurologist to make sure there was nothing wrong with my brain. My MRI was perfectly normal and I went several months without the feelings. But today they started again along with a pain in my chest. The pain in my chest is not, by any means, unbearable but it all just seems a little odd. My stomach has hurt super bad too, but its a come & go pain. This morning at like 6:30 am (Eastern US time) my stomach started to hurt super bad and I went to the bathroom. I sat there for like thirty minutes and I had diarrhea. I've been having it for a few days. I really don't want to go to the doctor, I'm sick with strep like every month and my doctor gives me antibiotics. She gives me the same ones always and I'm afraid that my body will eventually become immune to them so they won't be so affective in the future and I don't want to be just living off of medicine. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks.

What is the best Prenatal Vitamin to take while pregnant?
I'm looking to buy my gf a new prenatal vitamin that has dha and possibly omega 3's in it and am trying to figure out what the best one is. I can't seem to find reviews of specific products, instead I'm just finding suggestions for what should be in the vitamin. The doctor just gave her some generic prenatal and we want to find something a little more complete. Any suggestions would be awesome.

You need to make sure you get enough of every vitamin and the best way is to take something specifically made for pregnancy especially folic acid. There is evidence proving that if you do not take enough folic acid that your baby could end up with birth defects such as spinal Bifida. There is no evidence that taking prenatal vitamins will harm you or your baby, but there is proof proving it will greatly benefit you and your baby. You should talk to your doctor about what is best for you and your diet and make sure you only eat approved foods during pregnancy. Make sure you DO NOT eat fish that contains mercury!!
